Aug 29, 2009 Well with manually rebuilding the kext cache I managed it to boot Snow Leo - with Little Snitch 2.2b1. But as DerPuma said only in 32bit with my GA-P35 DS3P. 32 bit is worthless for me because it is much slower and I have no sound here It also is really annoying to rebuild the cache every time I install a kext. Anyway, thanks for all the hints!

This happens automatically and is performed by the 'kextcache' utility. LS Installer waits until kextcache finishes ('Updating boot caches') before it offers a reboot. SAME ISSUE HIGH SIERRA

My problem is almost exactly the same as yours. I have the same frameworks popping up when update_dyld_shared_cache. I am installing Little Snitch at the moment and it won't go past 'Updating boot caches.' I don't know if the Little Snitch is causing the problem or it is just in conjunction. Some help would be very appreciated.
